My 11 year old steals too but she steals not only food but everything. QTips, paperclips, non essential items and hoards them in secret hiding places in her room. She steals from school and has been suspended twice. It started with foot but graduated from there. We now have to lock up all our bedrooms.

No she drinks cows milk, only me that drinks the almond. Have you found a cheese that you have replaced cheese with?

I am lactose intolerant, so I drink almond milk...do you like almond milk to replace milk? No one in our house drinks soda either except Paityn...she craves it so much and will ever sneak it when goes to a neighbors house. Water coffee and wine here also...lol...I have a rule that she can only have it when we have pizza or out for dinner...that was my attempt to limit it.

Hopefuly that gives you a little bit of an idea of Paityn...the word you used impulsive describes her best...she just can't control her self:(

As far as how she eats it is not good...she craves junk/sweets...even sneaks them...her favorite is chips and cookies and brownies...especially after her ADHD meds wear off. She does eat chicken but not any red meat...does like fish. Loves milk, does not eat bacon or eggs, does not eat many fruits or veggies...apples & corn only. Paityn is never lazy she bounces off the wall constantly...especially after adhd meds wear off...ugh.
