Some places are better than others. Which state you live is important as there are some big differences in mandatory insurance coverage for autism, Medicaid and state insurance marketplaces.

I'd now add that before you move, contact the school district what they have available and therapy providers to see if there's a long wait list and what insurance they will take. If the state laws recently changed, the state may not have many ABA therapists, for example.
