Yes!!!! Absolutely with a Drs note.stating you are a caregiver.

In New York we get summons.

I get jury duty requests all the time and toss them. It's not like I was legally served. They can't force you, at least not in ohio. We don't get an actual "summons", it's just a request. I respectfully decline, by throwing it in the trash.

@A MyAutismTeam Member I would call the number on the jury duty card and ask the clerk and explain your situation. So she can help you follow the proper procedures.
