Huge Family /almost Adult Child Transition Question!!

I have two boys with HFA. However we are in a real life dilemma. My 20 yr old son is doing fine. But my 17 yr old son (almost 18 in August), is really struggling. He has been in and out of the hospital every month for Autism/ bipolar/psychosis/aggression. I am divorced and his father is not around much. Maybe a few hours a week.
