Both our girls were genetically tested as well as us. The only definitive finding was that I carry the epilepsy gene but I do not present seizures. My daughter has the gene and petite mal seizures. Her child carries the gene but does not present. There were gene deletions found in both girls on #22 but there is no definitive study of how the deletions indicate Autism other then various deletions are common in diagnosed children.
