I'll ask around. I don't think there's an Autistic Self Advocacy Network (ASAN) chapter in North Carolina, but the chapter's have been told to break off and become independent organizations, so there's a chance that there was a chapter and it's just already changed names. If so, many chapters allow both Autistic people and family members to attend their meetings.

I'll post a new reply if anyone I know is aware of a group like that in your area.

Combination would be great but if there is any for my son that will be even better.

Are you looking for support groups for Autistic people, for family members of Autistic people, or some combination thereof?
