My daughter really liked the documentary, "Autism in Love" and wrote a paper on it for one of her college classes (she is 20). Another movie that we liked was "The Accountant" with Ben Affleck. The movie is violent in parts (we mute or fast forward through those scenes), but has a strong message about family bonds and acceptance. We particularly liked the strong bond between the brothers story-line.

For Pete's sake. Holly Robinson Pete has a son that 's a twin he has Autism. I think it comes on own network. I haven't seen it in a while.

Rain Man

I just watched Atypical on Netflix. It had been on my list for a while and now I wonder why I waited! It's so good. Excited that there will be a season 2.
