I have heard good things about care.com but my personal experience with it was not great. We had better luck hiring a teacher's aide who works at my son's school. Vet carefully- care.com does a background check but I think we did do an extra background check with the state of CA. If I had to do it over again, I would get a nanny cam in one of those teddy bears.

It seems like its too good to be true. I definitely will use a nanny cam.
