HF Autism- high tech high good fit?

Can anyone recommend if high tech high is a good fit for a very smart boy. He will be going into junior high next year. Biggest problem in school is all the writing. He has writing functionality.

Or recommend any school. I am in the east county. I heard poway district is good, but transportation is a problem. He is on an IEP how hard is it to get school to pay for a bus? We talking court and lawyers?

There is a new Supreme Court decision in March a unanimous vote to change the meaning of FAPE Endrew F vs Douglas County School district. The Supreme Court decision in March now says children with special needs MUST get an exemplary education instead of adequate! Talk to your lawyer about that. Also the school must provide the bus!
