Anyone Successful With Nest/Horizon Application Process??

Anyone in NYC successful with the Nest/Horizon Application process?? I do not have the assessment they ask for because my son is in Pre-K and are not required with the exception of a ASD diagnosis.

It is a program for high functioning ASD. You can apply every year but its easier to get your child in at Kindergarten because they only have a certain amount of seats per grade. Here is the application if you're interested https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&...
