Alternative Treatments

I was wondering if anyone has tried any natural supplements/ has anyone used hemp oil? If so how does it work and is it beneficial. Any other alternatives to sleep medication besides melatonin. Has anyone ever use agape

My daughter is shocking at sleeping and always has been. At age 8 the doctor told me to get some herbal sleep aid. Other than give her severe stomach cramps and diarrhea it did little else. This year she was put on prescription strength melatonin (over the counter stuff wasn't enough) and for the first time since she was 2yrs she is sleeping through and as such behaviour has improved big time. Perhaps speek to your GP and see what they can suggest?

I use plus+CBD oil green 3 mg started with one stray at bedtime. After 3 days 1 spray morning and 1 at night. Can go to two sprays 3 times a day if needed. Works very well for our son he sleeps better.

I use a 15billion CFU probiotic nightly for my son. That has helped tremendously with his stomach and sleep. Also, I diffuse cedarwood, lavendar, and sandalwood starting 20 minutes before bed. Seems to help.

We have been using Hardy Essential Nutrients. Our son is 8 noverbal, ADHD, ASD, anxiety he is a changed child. We also use Koi essentials oil three times a day. He has been able to come off all RX meds during the day. Uses only less than half his sleep meds . In just 2 1/2 months. This is a child they told us to just put away and never look back. At IEP meeting he he met all goals at 70-90% instead of 30%. Teacher are blowed away.
