Puyallup, WA

Can anyone recommend a good therapist, for me? I live in the Puyallup, Washington area and would like to find a good therapist. I have 3 children (1 with Autism & the other has GDD). I have a husband but he is unsupportive and so I’ve been dealing with this all on my own. I’m really wanting to better myself and find someone to talk to the help me handle things better. Thanks!

If you have a good pediatrician or developmental pediatrician in your area you might ask them. IF you can find a good counselor that will see both kids and adults then you will have someone you trust to take your child to get help with them also. Sometimes a counselor will want you to bring a child that your having issues with to a session with you to get to know them and see the struggles you deal with to better help. Hope this helps.
