I need recommendations for a tablet that includes parental controls and a timer.

I need a tablet for my son who tends to meltdown when it is time to get off the tablet. It makes things much easier if the tablet shuts down without me intervening.

ipad has this (time limit option i believe can be chosen in the steps below, or when you start 6 (the triple click))

1 Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Guided Access. It's way down at the bottom. ...
2 Turn on Guided Access.
3 Set a passcode or TouchID fingerprint to turn Guided Access on and off. ...
4 Turn on the Accessibility Shortcut. ...
5 Open the app you want to let your kid use.
6 Triple-tap the Home Button.
