Look up Behavior Balance. It has B6, B9, B12, and DMG. B6 (along with magnesium) has a calming effect. B12 helps with socialization and language (I have seen improvements with my teen).

U can ask ur local pharmacist they'd probably know pretty well or Google it I just give my son a multivitamin and he uses oils theres a oil my son uses for the autism or the fracenscense works well for him in school he focuses pretty well with oils its hard for adding more pills bc son rejects anything but the two he takes
