Son needs dentist. Anyone know who works with Autistic kids near Berea, KY?

Took my son to a "specialist dentist" who supposedly worked with disabled children, ect. They told us to go somewhere else after they tried looking at his teeth. My son is level 3, nonfunctioning. He's seven years old, extremely smart, and extremely strong. Has a cavity that I think has been hurting him.

You probably need at dentist that offers sedation to fill the cavity
