Any suggestions on Creating a new visitation schedule. My 3Yo is on the standard possession schedule now. 1,3,5 weekends

His father needs to be a partner in this. When he says "controlling" what does he mean? What does he observe in the transitions at the start of his time? Does he think you're making a big deal out of nothing, or does he feel like you're trying to somehow get the upper-hand?
