Website below covers some of the same ground I did (back in 2016) when we were moving to a state where insurance covers ABA therapy. New Jersey was highly rated (I gave it #12 best out of 50 states) but maybe because New Jersey also has the highest number of kids diagnosed with autism per capita. It's probably due to testing but that means more kids are eligible to services. We moved to Massachusetts (I ranked it #1) my other ranks the near east coast:
#5 New York
#9 Vermont (I know it's not on the coast)

I dont know but I do know Dr Barry M Prizant is on the E Coast. He wrote a beautiful book called “Uniquely Human” and he runs special retreats for autism parents and mentioned a lot of resurces in his book and I would imagine on his website you could email or call!
Also what about tacanow.org or Easter Seals?
And BTW girl I feel you. There have been times on it took me months to get anyone to call me back. Please hang in there, help is on the way!
