There's other international bands that come up but can't think of them all.
Nightwish is amazing. I love the power they have in their voices. Growing up, I would strictly listen to Classic Rock and not much else; however, once I met my wife, that changed. She took voice lessons for years and has a very eclectic taste in music which has rubbed off on me. Oh gosh, lots of music. I am a music formula geek in a little way so I choose what fits, not much the other way around. I just picked out my 2000s classics on spotify and listen to spotify. Some I seek out may range from r&b alicia keys to muse or nightwish.
I do the same on YouTube. I also use Amazon Music and will listen to the created stations to find new and interesting artists. Have you checked out the band The Hu?
