What movies or music do you use to calm a meltdown? For us we use a variety of songs/movies to get our daughter to calm down. When she was a baby, all we had to put on was Don't Fear The Reaper (I guess she needed more cowbells) or Yeah!! by Usher ("yeah" was her first word at three months). We now have discovered that she loves Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds (one of our cats is named Lucy from the song). He loves animals too. I'm hoping to get a puppy for him when we move to our house ♥️. He is so calm when he is around them.
The best that works for us is the autism meltdown remedy. It almost brings grace completly out of a meltdown. Sometimes if i notice some signs before the meltdown like starring off is a good indactor for her . we can most likley prevent the meltdown all together. Sometimes lol

Since he was a baby we like to play lullabies and a turkish lullaby my husband used to listen to when he was a child. My lil boy can now sing it in turkish at 3 years old♥️
