Has anyone tried MeRT brain treatments?

My son is 6 years old, nonverbal and has aggressive outbursts. I’m desperate to try something that will make a substantial difference. There is a fairly new brain therapy called MeRT offered by the Brain Treatment Clinic who have location across the U.S. the treatment cost upward of $10,000.
Please if you have tried this let me know what your experience was. Would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t like to see autism therapy cost anyone 10,000. I completely understand willing to spend anything to help your child especially with self injury and outbursts ( I have been there, or better said still there). I I don’t like places taking advantage of our desperation. I am not familiar with it but I would think places like Kennedy kreiger institute would be a better option and is covered by insurance. I think it is in Baltimore and they have an extensive waitlist I think. Anyway I hope you get some answers….

Stem cell treatment for autism also good option. Companies such as Swiss Medica or Giostar or Neurogen

I had to have a talk with my ABA team today because they said my kid was hitting and kicking the aide all week. I asked him why he threw his lunchbox and discovered that under new Covid plans they only get five minutes to eat snack and only two can eat at a time. It’s ridiculous. I emailed the teacher but was super worried that the ABA supervisor was focused on accepting those school rules as is and was trying to train my kid to eat within five minutes or ask for extra time and then tried to convince me that it was possible for him to eat in five minutes
