Does Anyone In The San Jose Area Have Trouble Connecting With Someone From SARC?

My son has been assigned a new service coordinator in March. I received a letter from her about setting up a meeting. I have called and left voicemails but still no word from her.

I’m just wondering if anyone is having the same issue?
