Maybe potty with single use plastic bags can help her. U know what i mean, people use this potty for travel
Never tried these ideas...but off the top of my head, what if you tried putting a 'nursing hat'/ 'urinary hat' in the toilet to catch the BM then dump it in the toilet with her (same idea as using a training potty) but she'd still be using the regular toilet and it wouldn't be hitting the water, and she'd be out of a pullup.
Or could put a few pieces of toilet paper into the toilet bowl prior too and explain to her that it'll stop water from splashing 🤷🏻♀️
And just keep explaining its just water, it wont hurt and we can wipe it off after 🙂 good luck!
After she goes in pullup, can you try having her dump the poop into the toilet? I had to do a whole overview of the sewer system to assure my son of where the poop went and that it was indeed waste and not really part of his body that was leaving him
