Recommendations For Sever Nail/finger Chewing

(Video from a few months ago, has since got worse 😓)
My client (28 year old female with autism and an intellectual disability) chews her fingers and nails, it’s got to the point where she had no nails on some fingers and routinely makes her fingers bleed. I am one of three caregivers and along with her parents we are all at a loss on how to stop the finger biting. We have tried everything we can think of some things being
- chew toys
-no bite nail polish
-fidget rings

I would feel uncomfortable if any of my son’s therapists posted a picture of my child or child’s body parts online without my knowledge or permission. The questions you ask are fine. Visual pics not necessary and make me feel uncomfortable as a parent.
