We are having a hard time finding reliable help for our autistic daughter. Any advice on how to screen the best candidates?

First off see how they interact with your child. Don't just.leave them alone with your child after meeting them for a few hours do it gradually. And most importantly get some cameras set up so you can check while you are not present. All the best to you.

I don't trust anyone with my kid. Don't think I ever will.
