I don't know of any medication. When my boys are struggling with noise and sounds, first I make sure they are not hungry or tired. Those 2 things make everything worse. If there is no easy solution, I put their noise cancelling headphones on. That almost always works. TBH I am not a big fan of medication. I don't want to chance negatively impacting their neurodevelopment.

I know my son has used noise cancelling headphones for unpleasant noises. My neurotypical daughter has a harder time with noises than he does and she just covers her ears with her hands.
