How Can We Make More Resources In Our Community More Available As Daycare With Daycare Worker That Are Trained

My son is a family daycare but but the problem is when get off from school becuz he in class with 8 kids one teacher n 2 assistant at his daycare there 16 kids arranged in age grouped there lies the problem that’s where he get agitated and upset becuz there it’s too much kids
I think you would have to find a daycare that has staff trained for it,kinda in the same situation, I can relate
