My son was like that but he wasn't walking or talking at age 2. I took him to see the Neurologist that diagnosed his sister and he felt my son was too social so he wouldn't diagnose him. I took my son back to him at age 12 and then he got the diagnosis. I just thought I'd mention this to you.

Darling little girl! And she seems happy. You didn’t give her age but I’d say around 18 months? Have you discussed this with a doctor? She could have other issues that cause her not to walk and not hitting other milestones. There’s something called GAMT you might want to mention to her doctor.
