Thank you all! I had him wiggle the small ones out. I think he wants to hold on to the top tooth lol.

Does he want the tooth out? If he does but doesn't want anyone to touch it try guiding him by having him play with the tooth-wiggling it back and forth,etc. I have been through this w/both of my kids and the tooth would eventually just come out on it's own.

It'll fall out on it's own.
If he needs your help you'll know.
My Son has swallowed 90% of His through the years.
