Our adult daughter is on the spectrum and has her own counselor however my wife and I are looking for a counselor who can advise us how to manage her affairs going forward. I perused the specialities in Psychology Today, but none were clear fits. Can anyone suggest a specialty?

If there is ARC or an Autism Society in your area they probably could direct you to some options. Many insurance companies offer a caseworker to help in regards to finding and getting therapies and medical needs addressed but it is not counseling.
