By work, friends or family?

I usually feel supported. Many of the people in my life know about my son's diagnosis and while they may not always understand the day-to-day routines, they are there for us. I especially feel support and understanding from my site's DRS team.

Since being adult diagnose, parents have more research than I have about ASD and got involved in Autism Speaks and being able to understand what quirks I did/done and some reason behind it. They probably wish this was more concrete 30 years ago so they would feel less regretful for how I was treated by others.

Somewhat in some ways at sometimes. My spouse is supportive how and when he can be but I don't have a village or family in my state..... I have a few people who listen well. I wish there were more community and government resources for my son though. Especially for when i am older or gone. He has supportive staff at school rn.

I don’t feel supported by some friends. They just don’t understand my two amazing daughters with autism and judge me. My family supports me.
