Members exploring weight control shared a mix of practical strategies and personal challenges, with many focusing on small, sustainable changes like cutting out soda, adding daily walks, eating more salads, and reducing alcohol. Several members highlighted sensory-friendly approaches, autism-specific dietary considerations, and resources like the Naturally Recovering Autism website and a pharmacy discount card that reduced Wegovy costs significantly. A recurring theme was grace and flexibility, with many encouraging each other to focus on overall health rather than the number on the scale.

Low carb low sugar. I stopped drinking soda that helps me maintain my weight.

I'm not so much focused on the number at this time, but I'm trying to add more physical activities to my day and eat better. I go for walks at work and am trying to have a salad a day and cut back on sweets. I also purchased a jump rope and when free open swims are offered at one of the swim school chains, I instantly sign us all up.

Drinking plenty of water, eating healthy exercising if you can even walking every day for 15 minutes do whatever you can handle you also don't want to get an injury. I wonder if there's something online you can read for women something you can do to jump start metabolism? Honestly friend I think getting plenty of rest and sleep is important too.
I wouldn't worry about controlling weight my friend I would work on just trying to be healthy. healthy lifestyle πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

Well, while my Wegovy still isn't covered by my insurance, I was able to text a number to my pharmacy for a discount card. It slashes the price from $1618 to $349. Still a hefty price, but I feel it'll be worth taming the hunger beast that is the source of my issue. I just got more shots today and it's back in my system 😊
