Allison2-thank you so much. Unfortunately we don't have any family members that can talk to him because he's beyond this now. However, my mom said there's a Minister where she lives and they were able to calm him down. He won't listen to anyone he feels he was wronged when he wasn't. My mom has a lawyer and she's going to see if the lawyer can help. Thanks again.
If he is really upsetting her the police can do a no trespassing order but he would be barred for the property at least a year and law enforcement would be called if he came back. Once the no trespassing is issued it is a felony to violate it but I am not sure how extreme you want to go. Something like that even for safety definitely strains family relationships. Is there a family member he would listen to about maybe taking a break from visiting awhile on his own? That's hard......
