My husband has been helping me a lot but I wish I am back to my normal self. I’ve been turning down invitations to family gatherings. I even missed my son’s college graduation.
Any tips or suggestions aside from doctors’ advice or orders? I’m on 6 different medications already.

As far as menopause and premenopause, having a good diet,exercise, sleep routine is essential.

I also am in perimenopause. I am fatigued, snappy, and angry a lot. I am not sure what helps a lot. Rest helps and not being overwhelmed with too much on my plate when those things can happen.
