What vitamins can I give my child to help with autism.. I've been trying to read up on it but everything is so confusing so I don't know what I can give..

My son already has therapists lined up who he has grown to trust and has made progress with (through Babies Can't Wait). We have an opportunity to switch him to a different program (at Marcus Autism Center). My husband says that it is a gamble. I am so confused. I have been weighing the pros and cons. I just don't know what to do. I don't want to gamble with my sons progress. How do you decide the best course of treatment for a child who can't tell you what he needs?

I have read about dan doctors but I want to know if people find them use full. And I also read about different Vitamins like cod oil to improve their childs speach I just want to know what other usefull information people might have.. Thank you

Davis is 7 yrs old who was finally diagnosed this month. The hospital said they were going to refer him to a therapist nearby. Just wanted a little more insight or experience on it.

Anyone have any insight into the cost of the biomed approach? Want to have all his levels tested and then go from there. We removed casein last week and are reducing gluten now. Taking it slow but I am very interested in the diet and supplement approach. My son is s almost 2 and nonverbal. Found a functional need doctor but seems very expensive. So my 9 year old son was not only diagnosed with ASD, but also with Tourettes Syndrome and and Anxiety disorder. 16 been in public school from 1-6 grade had his sister. He is now in 12th and has never ever once made a friend. The kids knew him said hello but has never had lunch or walked around school with anyone other than a teacher the security or himself.
