I do and they are just the greatest. When they do all of the trial and error work and see what really does work for calm your child they will write at "sensory diet" that you can use at home to help with lots of learning and behavioral issues. Do what they tell you to do and don't be afraid to experiment on your own.

I forgot to recommend a great book for learning and understand. "The Out of Sync Child". Taught me TONS!
