We were taking a really great class at Do Re Mi music school that taught the kids to play piano and read music, but unfortunately they moved too far away for us to continue with them. We were hoping to find a similar class or a good private teacher in the West Los Angeles area. Could be for piano, voice lessons, or both. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I'd suggest contacting your local Regional Center or Easter Seals. They should have information on classes and resources in your area. Just two days ago my Easter Seals caseworker gave me a list of classes and resources designed specifically for autistic kids and support groups in the area. Swimming, gymnastics and support groups and those were just the ones I had specifically mentioned interest in. I had been searching for months for just those kind of resources. She told me a lot of times they don't advertise things because they don't have a lot of money, but if you ask they should be able to point you in the right direction.
