@A MyAutismTeam Member Is there a possibility to share what (as Adults) we do to Relax after our Children are in bed or are away?

I watch TV and have a cup of earl gray tea. I try to do nothing else. Especially related to the kids. I make it my time.

I just went back to school so I'm usually playing catch up on homework or home-work. I do always make sure to fit in at least an hour at the gym. It's vital for stress relief and personal health. If I am healthy then I will be able to take better care of my son. Other than that, Ben & Jerry help now and then :)

A Lot of Great Answers! I find Myself Researching any and all aspects of a New Hobby, Metal-Detecting. I Received a Metal-Detector for Christmas and want to get the most out of it that I can this Year. I have been trying it out to get the feel and recognize the sounds. I also researched all of the Laws, Rules and Regulations and where the Sensitive Sites are here in my state. I typically stay to Small Hobbies so I can be prepared to care for My Son when needed.

I crochet or zone out playing a mindless game on the computer :)

I like to write and create digital scrapbook pages. I've always got some creative, DIY project to work on and often have a few in various stages of completion. I often have a late night cup of coffee - because it's the only way I can stay awake past 9pm to enjoy my son's bedtime hours. :) The best is when I treat myself to some Hagen Daas or homemade brownies. Anything chocolate goes.
