Is there a Biomedical Doc in SE MI or NW OH?

Hello. I have tried just about every other specialist for my 3 year old DD who has ASD. I've done some research and am thinking that it's time to try some biomedical intervention. Is there anyone in SE MI or NW OH that can tell me if there are any good Biomedical docs? Thanks in advance!
