I am moving to the Denver area this coming summer. I am looking for recommendations on which school districts are good, great (or awful). I have heard great things about the Boulder district, but that area is pretty pricey, even for a moderate budget. However, I am hoping to stick to the north area such as NorthGlenn, Westminster, Broomfield, Highland, etc - which I believe most are the Adams County Five Star district. Hi, I used to live in Westminster, CO. The boulder school district is good but pricey as you have mentioned. However, If you go to their school district website, you will see that they share some common schools with Broomfield. In other words, you can still be in boulder valley school district school but can live in broomfield. As you understand, in that case, your living choice within broomfield would be very limited. Superior is another good place to live with a special need kids. Westminster (adams county) is good but you need to look for the school first as some of the schools are not that expected standard. As far i know, Cherry Creek is the best and boulder vally is the second best. Hope that helps.
