were are considering homeschooling my 6 yr old grand daughter she has high functioning autism and odd and adhd does anyone have any good ideas about homeschooling her

First, find out what kind of learner your daughter is. Visual, Hearing, or Kinetic. Next, find the right program that will teach a child who is that kind of learner. There are so many different programs and curriculums out there that you will easily be overwhelmed if you over think or over research. They can cost anywhere from nothing to big bucks. Pray about what her needs are and teach to those needs. If I can help with anything, please let me know. We have been homeschooling our ten year old autistic son for abt six years. we homeschool our daughter,, feel free to ask any thing you want. I have already graduated my son who is now working in a factory with a family of his own also.
