Hi, I'm looking to get some swim lessons for my 2 yr old son who is on the spectrum. I can't seem to find anyone locally.

You could try your local parks summer recreation programs. They have them here for all different sports, swimming and such. They do have certain special classes for kids with special needs. He may not just be with spectrum children, but the classes are made more for a slower pace, smaller classes, and more patience. Good luck!
