Should my 11 yr old Aspie boy be retested at some point?

My 11 year old Aspie son was diagnosed January 2013. I want to know if/when there should be a retest of the IQ, WRAT-4,etc. to see how he's progressing or not? Is that a common practice or not?

Iq testing is not used to measure progress- it measures ability. U need to request curriculum based assessment or something like key math or even the woodcock johnson
