Today I went to pediatric neurologist for the my 8 year old yearly checkup. She told blood test shows he has very high level of lead in his blood and he is also deficient in vitamin D. Anyone has done treatment for lead removal from body. I am clueless , do not know from where to begin to remove the lead.Any help will be appreciated .
I would have your home tested for lead, basically try to find a source of the high lead in his system.
if it's not too severe, a daily vitamin with iron is sometimes recommended
I went to a semmnar about leeching, it was done with some success and some not. I do not think ever there will be one way to get one answer.
Read this from a pediatrics journal publication. 1 in 10 kids will have significant lead exposure. It provides some more details.

Exposure from water is common and obvious source which can be tested. But there is lead dust, paint, soil and even food as well.
@A MyAutismTeam Member, he do not play with toys , neither puts anything in mouth . And appt is only 20 years old.So I can think of only water.
