I brought the organic one it seemed to help. My son's behavior is much better when he has a bowel movement. Less meltdowns and aggression.

I have tried a little bit of virgen olive oil and has helped I don't do it all the time , but my kiddos have gotten some relief with it.

Aloe juice is very soothing for the tummy. I'm not sure how it is for bowel movements. Can't hurt
