In South Carolina it is legal only for use in children with epilepsy....I think, form past personal experience with the naturally occuring form :) that it could be helpful for calming aggressiveness...and also slowing down hyperactive minds to allow better processing of thoughts and feelings....I have always had thought processes that I describe as a 'Roladex on a motor' constantly flowing from one thought to another, always analyzing everything. as one thought leads to another associative thought and on and on all day....when I use to smoke it the problem was bearable and manageable...
