Has anyone tried biomedical treatments that include healing leaky gut?

Yes!!! With great success. We've used probiotics, SBC, diflucan and nystatin. The probiotics and SBG are over the counter but we use an high quality pharmaceutical grade. The diflucan is only available with a doctors prescription. Our MD orders it as a compound prescription. Bloodwork needs to be done routinely to check liver enzymes. Nystatin is also only available by prescription but not as powerful as diflucan. Bloodwork doesn't need to be done routinely and it can be taken long term. It's also ordered as a compound. In my experience, insurance does not cover compound prescriptions
