Does anyone have any experience at Kennedy Krieger Institute with a non-verbal teenager with ASD ? thank you

Note: I have already searched through the provider section and can not find anyone that is currently on MAT and was there... and searches are not working well.. ugh

I am hearing many things about them as a one stop solution for my son.

It has had an excellent reputation. I have known many parents of special needs children who went there for evaluations. I wished I could have used them for my son, but it wasn't on our insurance.

A referral does help but I just called and said my twins have autism and need a diagnosis I had to wait three months not awful but once you get in the appointments come easier and faster just my personal opinion if you can request I would ask for Dr Harris she is amazing!! @A MyAutismTeam Member

@A MyAutismTeam Member .. thank you for vote of confidence.. I have heard things from the Boston doctors as well, but honestly thought I had this stuff under control.. I do not... also my son has 2 insurances and I still pay cash for his physco-pharmacologist and behavioral specialist....welcome to New Jersey .. ugh

@A MyAutismTeam Member as of now no doctor.. I am waiting on a call back from an intake person.. which scares me... How am I going to get him in there.. does a doctors referral work? I know there will be a long wait but I am stuck in a loop here I cant get out of between GI and behaviors ...
