My son is a picky eater and also suffered from constipation in the past. For my son what worked was daily probiotics & multivitamin, more fruit, and a non dairy diet. Probiotics are sold in gummy form and my son as picky as he is really enjoys them.

Hi Valli, I remember those days, my son was incredibly picky too. He lived on Lipton Chicken Soup, bananas, toast, milk, and cheese, it was crazy. He too had issues with constipation. I remedied that by giving him laxatives regularly. He since then has become better with his palate, it took time. His bowels are doing well, luckily he didn't have to take a laxative for that long. Be patient, don't force your daughter to try new foods. She'll eventually come around. If you're worried about nutrition, have her take a multivitamin.

Hello there, my daughter currently on laxatives as well. Only been eating fruits. She doesn’t take other variety of food. She has been on multivitamins but it isn’t working.
Further she frequently fall sick with lung infections as well.
That’s why I wanted to try PediaSure.
Thank you for answer, will also consider your ideas also.

Hi @A MyAutismTeam Member
Thank you for your reply.
Probiotic didn’t work for her.
Recently I found out she hates the colour and smell of her stools. So she won’t hold her stools. Kind of slowly training and emphasising to her daily about good bowel habits.
