I went through this with both my boys. My older son didn’t start eating solids until he was almost 3 yrs. old. He had major sensory issues with food textures. He did have feeding therapy with a ST who knew what she was doing. We did it for about 4 months & it helped. Just find someone experienced & who has patience so your son doesn’t feel pushed beyond his limits. I hope you can get him off the med. for his IBD once he starts eating healthier. Also, Pediasure is basically sugar laden & not healthy. I would avoid anything milk based because dairy can be a problem to digest for some people. I recommend having him tested for food allergies to help put him on a healthy diet.
