I divided all our stuff into different colors for different kids so they would know and easily understand that whatever is your color is yours to have. The boundary between colors helped them feel safe about their space.

Did he say why he doesn’t want to do the chores? Maybe the chores need to be adapted to make them easier for him, as he’s different from his brothers and the chores while they seem simple may be very challenging for him. Maybe start easier with him and then increase to harder as he gets the hang of it.

Alarms, loud ones with baited triggers. Did not stop ours completely, but incidents slowed dramatically.
